QUALITY
At the core of the O & M activities is the computerized
Maintenance Management System (M.M.S.). The MMS
is utilized to initiate effective planning and execution
of all tasks performed to maintain the operation
of facilities and equipment, and follow up all work
orders.
The timely response to customer requests
and the scheduled preventive maintenance activities
are efficiently utilized in the best possible way.
Currently O&M are preparing
for ISO 9001: 2000 re-certifications under the Corporate
Blanket certificate for operation and maintenance
of official residential complexes, government buildings
and facilities, hospitals, hotels, airports, public
utilities, industrial complexes and schools.
Maintenance Divisions implemented a quality system
to ensure that their services meet or exceed its
prestigious customer’s quality requirements.
The quality system is a management driven and process
oriented program of plans, activities, resources
and events.
