Saad-Eddine Rafiq Al-Hariri was born on the 18th of April 1970. He is the Chairman & CEO of Saudi Oger Ltd, one of the world's largest contracting companies, Saad-Eddine Rafiq Al-Hariri is one of the most influential businessmen in the worldwide business community.
While construction is the core-business of Saad-Eddine Rafiq Al-Hariri; he also holds the position of Chairman of the French based contracting and consulting corporation Oger International, in addition to being the inceptor of many large scale real-estate development projects.
His professional activities rocketed way-beyond the construction field, whereas this multi-industry specificity led him to become a major market-mover in the Telecommunication industry. Accordingly, Saad-Eddine Rafiq Al-Hariri is the founder and Chairman of Oger Telecom.

Kheireddine El Jisr is a shareholder in several private businesses throughout the Middle East and in particular Saudi Arabia.

Is a Board member and the Chief Financial Officer of Saudi Oger Ltd. Nadim will continue to act as head of Corporate Finance at Saudi Oger responsible for investing in companies in various sectors including Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, Telecom and Power. Mr. Akkaoui led the corporate finance team that acquired and financed the USD 6.55 billion Privatization of Turk Telekom, the fixed line operator and its subsidiary, Avea, the mobile operator in Turkey. In the power sector, Mr Akkaoui led the team that won a 20 year concession for the development and maintenance of four power plants for ARAMCO in KSA. In 1991, joined Saudi Oger Ltd as Operations Manager in Maintenance division with responsibilities for O & M of various projects such as domestic and regional airports, water & industrial utility systems till 1995 when he was promoted to the position of Division Manager for GPMD (General Projects Maintenance Division).
In 1983, joined Saudi Medical Services Company, Riyadh, with responsibilities starting as a company representative for construction of a 300 General bed private hospital, and thereafter promoted in 1988 to Director of Hospital Operations. Responsibilities for hospital operation included 12 government hospitals serving different clients such as Ministry of Health and Ministry of Defense & Aviation.
Mr. Jamal El- Zein has graduated from the American University of Beirut (AUB) with a B.S. degree in Environmental Health (1979), and a Masters degree of Public Health concentrating in Health Services Administration (1981).
He is currently serving as a member at the Board of Directors for Saudi Oger Technical Institute and Saudi Oger Jordan.

Is the Vice President for Legal and Government Relations & Compliance, has a bachelor in Legal Regulations from King Abdul-Aziz University, His experience ranges from being the chief board of directors in Samiyah Company for Trading; & KSA Motion Company in addition to being Vice Chief Board of Directors in Addison Bradley Al Arabia. Extensive experience for more than 20 years; acting as Legal Advisor in front of courts of different types and branches of Criminal as well as Commercial laws. Mr. Al Shoaibi acts on behalf of Saudi Oger in front of court of different kind and degree including all government departments, prepares all types of contracts, establish all types of companies and branches, provides legal advice to the company's share holders and to management, including company's different branches and sister companies; also ensures implementation of labor law and internal regulations and bylaws of the company when resolving issues & violations.

Heads Saudi Oger's Utilities Division which is mandated to oversee and manage the Company's business activities and assets in all areas related to the development and operation of Independent Power and Water Projects, and Renewables including the formation of strategic alliances and partnerships with regional and international partners. Concurrently, Mr. Aboudiwan is a member of the Board of Directors of Tihama Power Generation Company.
Mr. Aboudiwan joined Saudi Oger in 1988. Prior to his current position, he held the positions of Procurement Manager and Deputy General Manager of Oger-Tekfen.
Also a Member of the Investment Committee for the "MENA Infrastructure Fund (GP) Ltd."
Previously held the posts of Deputy General Manager of "Oger-Tekfen" and Saudi Oger's Procurement Manager.
Mr. Aboudiwan holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri, and an MBA in Finance & Management from Syracuse University. He is also a Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers and the Lebanese Order of Engineers.
