Ali Kolaghassi is the Vice President of Saudi Oger, Senior Advisor to Sheikh Saad Rafic Hariri (General Manager of Saudi Oger and Chairman of Saraya Holdings) and a Board Member of Oger Telecom. Kolaghassi assisted in the expansion of the Company's core operations that include contracting, property management, maintenance, and banking. Kolaghassi succeeded in breaking new grounds for the company by initiating investments in the telecom and real estate sectors.

Kolaghassi also the Vice Chairman and CEO of Saraya Holdings Ltd, Chairman of the Saraya Real Estate MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Fund, Chairman of Saraya Aviation, Vice Chairman of Saraya Aqaba , as well as Board Member of Saraya Ras Al Khaimah, Saraya Bandar Jissah and Saraya Sochi.

Kolaghassi spearheaded the innovative Abdali project - the first public-private partnership in Jordan for the comprehensive development of a central district in Amman. Farid Chaker graduated from "Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs De Marseille - France" with a Civil Engineering degree. In 1981, joined Oger International (Paris) as a structure Engineer at the Design Office.

In 1983, he joined Oger Liban (Beirut) as a Structural Engineering Section Head. In 1991, he Joined Saudi Oger Ltd. (Riyadh) to work in the Procurement Division as Procurement Engineer.

In 1995, Farid Chaker was promoted to the position of Procurement Division Manager at Saudi Oger Ltd. were he was involved in several turn key projects in Saudi Arabia, i.e. The Pilgrims Accommodation, The National Museum, The Main Court Complex, Palaces and many residential & offices projects.

Is the Assistant General Manager for Maintenance responsible for the maintenance divisions, in charge of the maintenance of prestigious government and residential complexes as well as public facilities. He is also overlooking business development for transport infrastructure projects such as airports and railways. He is involved in establishing new business lines in Facilities Management for Oger Dubai LLC.

In 1991, joined Saudi Oger Ltd as Operations Manager in Maintenance division with responsibilities for O & M of various projects such as domestic and regional airports, water & industrial utility systems till 1995 when he was promoted to the position of Division Manager for GPMD (General Projects Maintenance Division).

In 1983, joined Saudi Medical Services Company, Riyadh, with responsibilities starting as a company representative for construction of a 300 General bed private hospital, and thereafter promoted in 1988 to Director of Hospital Operations. Responsibilities for hospital operation included 12 government hospitals serving different clients such as Ministry of Health and Ministry of Defense & Aviation.

Mr. Jamal El- Zein has graduated from the American University of Beirut (AUB) with a B.S. degree in Environmental Health (1979), and a Masters degree of Public Health concentrating in Health Services Administration (1981).

He is currently serving as a member at the Board of Directors for Oger Dubai LLC, Saudi Oger Technical Institute and Saudi Oger Jordan. .

Mr. Mazen Hariri is the Chief Financial Officer who undertakes all the Financial, Administrative, and Information Technology aspects of Saudi Oger Limited and its Subsidiaries. He insures timely and cost effective funding for Saudi Oger and its affiliates projects.

Mr. Mazen Hariri has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University Of Portland, Oregon, USA and a Bachelors of Science in Finance & Accounting.

His experience ranges from being the Financial Controller at BankMed, Financial Manager of Oger Tekfen and Saudi Medical Services.

He is a Board member of Oger Dubai LLC, Saudi Oger Jordan, and Saudi Oger Training Institute."

Mr. Mowafac AbdulRahman Hariri is the Private Projects Maintenance Division Manager, Graduated from University Of Portland, Oregon, USA in 1987 with a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering (Software Track). Worked in Lebanon for 5 years in Textile Company as a Computer Consultant & then as a Factory Manager.

Mr. Hariri joined Saudi Oger in 1994 as a Senior Analyst for 2 years in the IT Department; then moved to MD Office to work as an advisor to The Managing Director then (Sh. Saad Hariri) for Maintenance affairs for less that one year. Moved to King Khaled International Airport (KKIA) as a Project Manager for 3 years; and Promoted to Assistant Division Manager for GPMD (General Projects Maintenance Division) for 5 years. On 09/04/2003 Mr. Hariri was promoted as the Division Manager for Maintenance Private Projects.

Is the General Projects Construction Division Manager. Graduated in 1990 with a Master Degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental Engineering) from The University of Michigan Ann Arbor, Michigan – U.S.A.

Bilal Ansari is responsible for all Construction Activities in the competitive market which includes the design and construction of Commercial Centers, hospital and industrial complexes.

Bilal Ansari is a member of the Lebanese Order for Engineering & Architects.

Mr. Fawzi Itani is Saudi Oger's Country Manager in Jordan, holds Masters Degree in Science and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Mr. Itani has 29 years of experience in various sectors of engineering and services, with vast experience in the field of operation and maintenance.

In 1999, Mr. Itani was Technical and Tendering Manager of the General Projects Maintenance Division (GPMD). He became the Division Manager in 2001 and continued in this position until 2007 when Mr. Itani became Saudi Oger Country Manager in Jordan.

Saudi Oger's activities in Jordan currently involve design and construction & Facilities Management.

Mr. Joseph Aboudiwan is the Utilities Division Manager, responsible for the company's investments in the Utility sector, heading a projects development team responsible for all project development activities involved in Power Generation & Water Production - "IPP" & "IWPP" projects, including the formation of strategic alliances with regional and international partners.

Concurrently, holds the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors of "TIHAMA Power Generation Company" (a special purpose vehicle formed to own and operate 4 co-generation projects for Saudi Aramco).

Also a Member of the Investment Committee for the "MENA Infrastructure Fund (GP) Ltd."

Previously held the posts of Deputy General Manager of "Oger-Tekfen" and Saudi Oger's Procurement Manager.

Ahmad Dorra is responsible for outsourcing goods and services for Company's projects, and for the Company's day to day purchases in the most efficient and cost effective manner, controlling inventories and proposing to sell or dispose of surplus materials and equipments.

Is the General Projects Maintenance Division Manager, whose responsibilities covers the Operation and Maintenance of many important facilities such as King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh, Operation of Water Utilities in Jubail and Yanbu Industrial Cities, King Faisal Specialists Hospital in Jeddah, Prince Sultan Office in Riyadh and ARAMCO's Rolling Hills Golf Course in Dhahran. Graduated from the University of Michigan / Ann Arbor, Michigan - U.S.A. with B.S. degree in Civil Engineering in 1981.

Joined Saudi Oger in the capacity of Site Engineer in 1981 and he worked his way up in the company especially in the maintenance sector as he held several managerial positions over the years of his experience. He was promoted to Unit Manager in 1989, to Area Manager in 1990, to Regional Manager in 1996, to Asst. Division Manager in 2005 and finally to his current position in 2007

Mr. Muhannad El-Amine is the Director of Real Estate Development Division in charge of identifying, assessing and processing related ventures, funds and JVs opportunities. Graduated as Civil Engineer from American University of Beirut (AUB) in 1991 and as MBA holder from Ecole Superieure des Affaires (ESA) in 2001, Muhannad pursued an extensive and sound experience in both Real Estate Construction and Banking industries locally and regionally. He is an active member of Order of Engineers & Architects in Lebanon and ESA, AUB & International College (IC) Alumni.

Is the assistant division manager for the King Fahed Holly Quran Printing complex at Al-Madina Al Mounawara, graduated from the American university of Beirut with a bachelor degree in p.s.p.a. in 1973.

He Joined Saudi Oger in Medina in 1984 with Administrative responsibilities until he was promoted to assistant division manager for the printing complex in 1999, in charge of operation in the fields of Production, Maintenance, Training; & Security.
