Saad-Eddine Rafiq Al-Hariri was born on the 18th of April 1970. He is the Chairman & CEO of Saudi Oger Ltd, one of the world's largest contracting companies, Saad-Eddine Rafiq Al-Hariri is one of the most influential businessmen in the worldwide business community.
