Intended to commemorate the Centennial Anniversary for the unification of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project entailed the construction of a landmark National Museum, the reconstruction of Darat Almalek Abdul Aziz, the renovation of the Mud Murabaa Palace and dwellings of King Abdul Aziz, King Abdul Aziz Library, Multipurpose Auditorium, Department of Antiquities, restoration of King Abul Aziz Mosque in addition to an extensive infrastructure and landscaping package. The fast track nature, the intricate weave between the new construction technologies and the historical & cultural background of the complex, the highly specialized museology works and the environmental control for the various articles were among the various challenges in this project.

• Al Riyadh Main Court Project

Intended to house the Main Judicial Courts of Riyadh Area, the project is comprised of a 15 storey building, that include 28 Judicial Courts with Judges rooms, 6 joint suites, a Chairman hall and a multi-purpose hall. The project also encompasses a mosque, huge underground car park and a substantial infrastructure and landscaping package.

• Janadriyah Equestrian Complex

The project aimed at providing the top of the line equestrian facilities to serve both national & international events in Janadriyah 50km from the existing club in Riyadh. The project comprises of the main Grandstand Building, the Race-day Stables, Housing, Maintenance and Administration Buildings, Equine Hospital & Labs, Clubhouse, Mosque and other amenities. In addition, the project also include state of the art racetrack, and an extensive infrastructure & landscaping package within and around it. The specialized nature of this project in terms of construction, services and equipment were among the various challenges of the project.

• Mina Pilgrims Accommodation

Client: Ministry of Public Works and Housing (MPWH)
Location: Mina, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Extraordinary efforts were inputted into the project to achieve its timely completion. The project, comprised of two Phases where each phase had to be completed within a 7 month period in between the Hajj seasons, where almost 2.2 million pilgrims are expected on yearly basis, each phase comprised of the construction of almost 950,000m² of covered tent structures using PTFE membranes and partitions on steel frames along with all the required infrastructure works including desert coolers, fire fighting system, lighting and other amenities. The project also entailed the construction of two reservoirs with a total capacity of 60,000m³ along with their water networks.
