Implementing international operational standards and providing the necessary technical support related to the design and production of the holy Quran as per customer specification and satisfaction. Revising of work performance, through evaluation of technical design, production techniques, and workforce capabilities. HQPD is responsible for:

. Following up with material suppliers to ensure quality standards are being met
. Ensuring proper delivery and handling of materials
. Supervising on-the-job training and offshore training for production and machine maintenance technicians
. Developing production methods for improving quality standards
